HR Senior Project & Portfolio Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Within Group HR Digital & Data, reporting to the HR Digital Transformation program Director, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our HR function supporting our evolving business and people strategy. We encourage anyone with strong Project Management experience to apply.

You will lead impactful and innovative HR projects across all phases, from conception through management and operationalization. You will also coordinate change/enhancement processes and play a role of integrator in transversal end-to-end transformation projects. You will also be a reference when it comes to HR project management and related best practices. You will be a key pillar of the HR project managers community and will share your knowledge, and leverage other colleagues’ experience in designing scalable, global solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management

    • Plan, drive and support multiple projects in parallel; aligning with HR stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met and providing visibility to Senior Management.

    • Prepare project reporting incl. Steering Committee presentations around ongoing projects.

    • Track and support the continuing roll-out of HR Digital solutions into new markets, new Maisons, and new functionalities.

    • Work in strong partnership with Group HR, Group HRIS and Group Product Office to ensure timely delivery of enhancements to Workday and other tools.

    • Escalate risk to Senior Management & propose mitigation actions to avoid deviation from project plan.

  • Change Management

    • Ensure Change Management is part of project management key stream

    • Be a reference when it comes to Change Management best practices and share your knowledge and experience with other Project Managers

    • Liaise with GPO Change&Adoption team to ensure we are best leveraging Group framework and tools.

    • Support colleagues in their change management strategy definition.

  • Portfolio Consolidation & Monitoring

    • Manage the Function’s project pipeline in Monday.com.

    • Champion user adoption in the platform & track relevant KPIs.

    • Facilitate the prioritization exercise between incoming projects for the platform.

    • Liaise with Monday.com Product Owner to ensure usage follows best in class ways of working.

    • Animate the project managers community through rituals and ceremony around the portfolio management.

    • Define and share best practices within the PM community

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience in consulting and project management, with a sound knowledge of digital transformation and change management.

  • A strong willingness to learn about HR strategic issues and processes.

  • Results driven with a rigorous approach supported by proven methodologies.

  • A strong team player and recognized for openness, sociability and assertiveness.

  • A capacity to navigate well in a multi-cultural environment and complex organization and through uncertain times.

  • Excel in communication, presentations & influencing skills and fluent in English and French.

  • Other language(s) spoken (particularly Chinese, Portuguese or German) would be a plus.

  • Experiences with Workday or Monday.com would be a plus.
