As an IAM Operations Analyst, you will work mostly with Microsoft standard tools and technologies, but Richemont group utilizes multiple platforms and technologies so there is a good potential to learn and expand your knowledge. Some of the tools include, but are not limited to:
IAM tools / services
- Entra ID
- Entra ID Authentication services
- Enterprise scale Active Directory environnement.
- Active Directory (replication, authentication, DNS) / AAD connect / Azure AD, Windows Servers 2016-2025,.
- Azure AD conditional access policies, MFA, SSPR, Azure Information Protection.
- DUO MFA, Okta Verify
- Database – SQL query
- ServiceNow Incident management
- Saviynt user and groups management / lifecycle / NHI
Soft Skills you should have for the role
- General understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) areas, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
- Scripting – PowerShell
A plus if you have these skills
- Cyberark PAM /EPM
- SAVIYNT
- Endpoint management
- Okta

- AI and Copilot
You are / have
- Willingness to constantly learn and progress.
- Engineering school, university or polytechnic master’s in computer science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication – or similar working/studying experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management Cloud technologies
- Understanding of key identity management technologies including authentication and access management
- Strong capacity to analyse automation process issues and propose relevant technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.
- Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate about computer science
- Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.
