Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of inbound shipments to ensure efficient and timely updates
- Responsible for global inbound shipments to North America distribution centers
- Booking exception management in Origin Cargo Management (OCM) providers system(s)
- Communicate shipment updates with stakeholders i.e. brand operations/production, customer service, sales and the DC
- Daily follow-up with service providers (ocean, air, dray carriers) regarding shipment status
- Responsible for driving issue resolution to enable timely receiving of shipments at Distribution Centers
- Partner with Customs team for any documentation or import issues
- Prepare and publish reports related to Inbound transportation status and KPI performance
- Attend weekly inbound meetings and provide insights to stakeholders
- Identify and implement internal process improvements and new ideas to maximize service
- Develop best practice for import logistics processes
You’ll Need to Have:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience within logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Team-player with excellent relationship-building
We’d Love to See:
- Degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
- Apparel or footwear experience preferred

Compensation Range:
55,000.00 - 61,000.00 USD
