A Michael Kors Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador, delivering elevated, client-focused service to drive sales and foster lasting customer relationships. Key responsibilities include styling, achieving personal sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and utilizing technology for omnichannel sales. The role requires 2+ years of retail experience, passion for fashion, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver "jet set" luxury service to drive sales and build loyal, repeat clients.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a styling expert, using in-depth product knowledge to advise customers and drive sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain floor presence, restock merchandise, and ensure store visual standards are met.
  • Omnichannel Support: Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance sales and facilitate clienteling.
  • Goal Setting: Collaborate with management to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Generally requires 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
