A Michael Kors Sales Assistant delivers exceptional luxury customer service, drives sales, and maintains high visual standards in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, building client relationships, processing POS transactions, maintaining inventory, and acting as a brand ambassador. Key Job Responsibilities- Sales Generation: Utilize elevated selling techniques to meet or exceed daily/monthly sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide tailored, high-level service, build a loyal clientele using clienteling tools, and resolve customer issues.
- Operations & Visuals: Maintain immaculate store appearance (floors, stockroom), replenish merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and visual merchandising moves.
- Transactions: Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Brand Representation: Maintain deep product knowledge and a passion for fashion to confidently advise customers.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or fashion.
- Energetic, polished, and motivated team player.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technologically savvy to handle digital clienteling apps and POS systems.
