YOUR MISSION

The Senior Regional FC&R Manager for MEIAT occupies a critical role, ensuring the financial integrity of market entities while maintaining adherence to Richemont’s Business Control governance frameworks. This position is responsible for upholding high standards in financial accounting and reporting, proactively managing risk and compliance, and driving the optimization of systems, data, and reporting processes. Serving as a leader for the adoption of group and regional Finance priorities within the markets, this role fosters robust collaborative relationships with the Richemont Group Finance team, Maisons, and Functions throughout the region.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Lead the governance across the MEIAT region, ensuring markets implement Richemont’s finance policies and system requirements to achieve compliant and controlled financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Oversee accurate financial operations, compliance with international standards, and effective risk management, driving process optimization and regulatory adherence.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of financial data, providing accurate and reliable information and reports at market and regional levels, while building the capacity of FC&R market teams to efficiently use group systems and tools.
  • Supervise regional Accounts Receivable-Credit Control and Accounts Payable departments to meet process requirements and performance targets.
  • Implement Richemont Group Finance policies for reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury across MEIAT market entities, collaborating to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant financial transactions per IFRS and company standards.
  • Oversee month-end reviews, assess financial positions, identify risks and irregularities, and monitor KPIs for each entity, driving process improvements through standardization and data tools.
  • Monitor liquidity and manage cash flow forecasts, ensuring compliance with all government reporting and tax requirements, and liaising with Group Tax on transfer pricing and operational changes.
  • Deliver consolidated updates to Group Finance on treasury, cash, tax, and transfer pricing, and report entity-level financials by tracking key positions, variances, and regulatory matters.
  • Oversee the FC&R regional Data & Analytics lead, collaborating with IT to execute the Group Data Governance Strategy and manage data priorities, developing and rolling out financial tools and reports to drive efficiency and automation.
  • Provide finance input and validation for finance and cross-functional projects, ensuring Richemont policy compliance, reviewing control tests for ICS compliance, and supporting market teams in meeting financial reporting and local regulatory requirements.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, with a professional accounting qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in finance and accounting, including leading and developing high-performing teams, ideally within a multi-national luxury goods/retail environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IFRS, computerized accounting systems (SAP ERP an advantage), risk frameworks, project management, and MEIAT tax regulations, coupled with strong analytical, communication, and compliance skills.
