This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive robust financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic support across our prestigious Maisons within a dynamic luxury retail environment. We are looking for a professional who can make a significant impact by upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a key strategic partner to our Maisons, providing expert guidance on compliance and control pertaining to daily boutique operations and new market entries.
- Internal Control & Audit Leadership: Lead comprehensive internal control reviews, process, and compliance audits. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our regional audit methodology, overseeing inventory control, conducting stock-takes, and ensuring accurate valuation.
- Advanced Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful analyses of boutique and brand sales performance, Retail Key Performance Indicators, and bespoke reports to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
- Finance Project Management: Manage and coordinate critical finance projects, encompassing new boutique integrations, e-commerce initiatives, SAP implementations, and audit coordination support.
- Process Optimization: Champion control awareness across Finance and Retail functions, driving continuous improvement in operational processes and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and meticulously detail-oriented professional with a robust background in finance operations and internal control, ideally gained within a luxury retail context.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a proven ability to navigate and lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
