Department : High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, High Jewelry Retail department

As part of the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, you will assist the team in business development tasks and event organization such as:

Event Coordination :

• Assisting the High Jewelry Business Development Project Managers in the preparation of regional and international High Jewelry events.

• Event support and coordination (Client presentation’s scheduling, attendance tracking, updating event calendar, etc.).

Business Analysis :

· Assisting in the preparation of meeting agenda and presentations.

· Analyzing data and KPIs to provide insights on High Jewelry business performance (post-event report, High Jewelry client performance, end of fiscal year report, etc.).

Operational support :

• Providing day-to-day operational supports to the team and the department.

• Coordinating requests for workshop visits.

• Collaborating with key stakeholders within the Maison, in particular Regional High Jewelry teams Marketing, and Communication on relevant High Jewelry Retail topics.

• Business School, University, or equivalent of BAC+5

• Analytical mindset, solution driven, and detail-oriented

• Willingness to learn, proactive, organized, and hands-on

• Interest in High Jewelry with sensibility in service excellence

• Skilled in data analysis, specifically Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, charts & graph creation) & PPT presentation

• Great communications skills, fluent in English and French
