F&A Industrial Project Coordinator

F&A Industrial department at Richemont aims to contribute to the industrial transformation of the F&A segment of the Group. It operates the Group F&A production entities and aims to define and lead the Group F&A Industrial strategy to support F&A Maisons growth and accelerate internal savoir-faire.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The role of F&A Industrial Project Coordinator will be part of the F&A Industrial team, within Group Operations, reporting to F&A Industrial Transformation Senior Manager. The role will actively support on a wide variety of strategic and operational initiatives that will impact transversal initiatives with Maisons, production entities, F&A division and other Group teams (Responsible Sourcing, HR, Sustainability…).

The key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the F&A Industrial team in consolidating the F&A industrial strategy and roadmap, working with Maisons’ teams and industrial entities to gather inputs and support decision-making
  • Support the team and the division in coordinating transformation projects
  • Formalize department outputs and document progress status with presentations for upwards and downwards communication - within the department and with the rest of the Group
  • Support key moments during the year (budget, financial updates, manufactures visits, reporting to management, …)
  • Organize the interactions with key stakeholders from the Group and Maisons

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • University degree as a mandatory requirement. Graduate degree in business or Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in top consultancy, experience in operations or in luxury is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and consistently with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solver with strong ability to structure information and translate it into actionable plan
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of Italian. French is a plus
  • Readiness to travel
