Within the Jaeger‑LeCoultre Americas team and reporting to the Operations AVP, the Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the retail and wholesale teams with all aspects of the order management and reporting for watches, accessories and other product categories, ensuring seamless coordination and successful completion of operational activities. The successful candidate will partner closely with all departments, demonstrating both agility and drive to deliver results in a fast-paced moving environment.

Responsibilities

1)     OPERATIONS

·       Manage all aspects of retail and wholesale watch & accessories order execution: entry, allocation and tracking as well as consolidation and reporting

·       Be the expert and main contact for accessories (straps, bracelets and buckles) inquiries and orders for the retail and wholesale channels, focusing on client satisfaction and inventory optimization

·       Manage and execute personal purchase requests as well as bi-yearly staff sale orders according to the Company policy. Develop and implement a formal procedure (catalog, order form, troubleshooting, planning)

·       Implement, train and promote with the internal team and partners the existing and future corporate tools and platforms developed for greater information sharing and ordering

·       Approve and process returns and credit/debit memos request as needed and within the Company guidelines

·       Perform consignment monthly validity review and yearly reconciliation

·       Partner with the PR team for their operational needs, from consignment order creation to delivery, return and inventory management

·       Support the Marketing team with all aspects of order execution for their visual merchandising needs

2)     REPORTING

·       Develop and implement the relevant reporting tools to monitor and drive the department’s KPIs

·       Manage all aspects of retail pricing for the region: analyze and share the positioning across countries, partner with HQ, identify opportunities and monitor competition

·       Follow-up and handle all aspects of products returns from our Boutiques and partners – receiving, credit issuing, troubleshooting

·       Be responsible for the product flow execution to / from / between sites (BTQs, warehouses, partners) (inbound / outbound / transfers)

·       Partner with all stakeholders – Inventory, RFBO and HQ teams - to anticipate, understand and correct inventory discrepancies

 

Qualifications

1) SKILLS

·       2 – 4 years of experience required

·       Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office pack, notably Excel and PowerPoint

·       Experience with SAP & Booster systems is preferred

·       Ability to learn new systems

2) SOFT SKILLS

·       Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

·       Very attentive to details, dynamic, agile

·       Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively

·       Excellent communication skills and verbal skills

·       Problem-solving, flexibility and business-focused

Expected Salary Range: $85000 - $90000

 

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
