Senior Marketing Executive (6 months contract)

Key Responsibilities
1. A&P BUDGET COORDINATION
- Support A&P planning across all marketing activities during the period
- Track budget allocation, commitments, and spend across all initiatives
- Support reconciliation and reporting
2. MARKETING CALENDAR COORDINATION
- Maintain integrated marketing calendar across all activities
- Align timelines across Marketing, Retail, HQ, agencies, and local teams
- Track key deadlines and approvals
- Ensure full visibility of all marketing priorities and execution milestones
3. WATCHMAKING EVENT PROJECTS SUPPORT (Multi-Market)
- Support execution of Watchmaking Events across Singapore, Australia, Thailand and Malaysia
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and operational readiness per market
- Ensure execution standards and consistency across all three markets
- Support on-site execution where required
4. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
- Coordinate between Marketing, Retail, CRM, Finance, HQ, agencies, and local teams on related projects
- Ensure alignment across planning, budgeting, and execution
- Support operational follow-up across markets
Ideal Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on mindset
- Experience with multi-market coordination
