HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Part of the Merchandising team, you will report to the Head of Global Merchandising. The Retail Merchandiser is a key role focused on optimizing the commercial performance of our products in boutiques. This position translates our client and commercial strategy into concrete merchandising actions by leveraging market trends, customer feedback, and specific regional needs. The role is strongly retail-oriented, encompassing responsibility for specific regions and leading cross-functional projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandising Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising plans for collections and product families, including Open-to-Buy (OTB) management and the definition of merchandising objectives;
Actively contribute to global merchandising planning and participate in monthly MFP (Merchandise Financial Plan) reviews;
Plan and manage seasonal investments at the boutique level, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and performance targets;
Integrate market insights, trend analyses, and customer needs into the development of robust merchandising strategies.
In-Season Execution & Optimization :
Oversee and ensure the seasonal implementation of merchandising strategies, in coherence with global directives and 360° activation plans;
Conduct weekly reviews of seasonal sell-in and permanent product coverage to identify and implement relevant trading actions and VM stock push initiatives;
Collaborate closely with the collection merchandising team for the planning and execution of events and product launches.
Lead permanent forecasting projects concerning minimum stock levels, allocations, catalogs, and weekly sell-in.
Retail Network Animation & Regional Management :
Animate and develop the merchandising community and the retail network under their responsibility, fostering the sharing of best practices and the achievement of objectives;
Support and guide regional representatives in the implementation of merchandising strategies and the resolution of local issues;
Manage specific regions, acting as a key contact point, and lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing merchandising processes and overall performance across the entire scope.

Demonstrating your retail sensibility and 3 years of industry experience, including your ability to travel, to animate our network, support regional teams, and ensure flawless execution of plans on the ground.
Leading proactively and with an open mind, contributing to both regional initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Utilizing your business education (Business school/commercial engineer) to bring a strategic and comprehensive perspective to your role.
