By defining and implementing the strategy for the products launches and development, develops the turnover of the assigned lines and ensures their profitability.
The role involves creating conditions for success within the global marketing strategy, participating in defining the product offering strategy, and driving the business of the category in conjunction.
It also includes responsibility for product development with Product Managers and leading a team, proposing organizational and process evolutions.
In this context, your main missions are as follows:
1. Strategy & Vision
- Propose and coordinate the strategic marketing plan for the scope.
- Contribute to defining new product launch strategies based on data and trend analyses.
- Implement the five-year plan, including line positioning, animation/support actions, and new launch proposal.
- Define and pilot the 360° strategy across the portfolio, ensuring alignment between long-term brand strategy and short-term activation.
- Manage business effectively by monitoring sales performance, product lifecycle, SKU-level forecasts, and profitability.
- Promote the strategic roadmap internally.
2. Product Development & 360 Plan
- Ensure the relevance of the 360° plan and its deliverables.
- Orchestrate deadlines, objectives, and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders and supervise creative briefs with Product Managers.
- Ensure adherence to marketing specifications (price, coefficient, margins, deadlines) and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate and constructively challenge the Industrial team, Perfumer, and Creative Studio for excellence and consistency in fragrance, design, and packaging.
- Partner with expert functions to ensure coherence and performance of the 360° plan.
- Ensure the relevance of training tools developed by L&D team.
3. Team Management
- Embody inspiring leadership.

- Provide daily coaching, encourage initiative, empowerment, and regularly give 360-degree feedback.
- During key HR moments, ensure SMART objective setting, provide individual support, objectively evaluate performance, proactively solicit 360-degree feedback, justify decisions, provide perspectives, and demonstrate managerial courage.
- Organize and manage team workload based on business priorities while ensuring employee well-being, anticipating and escalating alerts, and proposing solutions.
- Participate in recruitment and ensure successful integration of new hires.
