YOUR MISSION
In line with Richemont Europe security strategy and objectives, the Security coordinator supports the European region, in the day-to-day implementation of Security projects, concepts, directives and strategies across the European Markets.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Physical Security Concept validation for boutiques – Offices – Customer Services/Logistic, Events, Photo-shootings
Works closely with the Head of Physical Security and the Physical Security Director, and other business partners to ensure compliance to Richemont Security Directives/Minimum Standard
This involves:
Proactively identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities across all Richemont Europe locations and operations
Proactively identifying new technologies, equipment that could lead to security measures improvement.
Stay in close contact with all PS project managers, the European store design planning department of each brand, to monitor, support project management status/progresses
Verify, for each PS Concepts received the measures implemented (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, number of guards) and ensuring they align with global Richemont security standards, local regulations and the European “risks & costs-based approach” mindset.
The role also encompasses regular reviews and updates of these concepts, in collaboration of PS Managers in markets, to adapt to evolving threats and operational changes, ensuring a resilient security posture.
Verify, for each PS Concepts received the measures implemented (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, number of guards) and ensuring they align with global Richemont security standards, local regulations and the European “risks & costs-based approach” mindset.
Provide Operational Support
This includes conducting thorough risk assessments for key & strategic events, and advising on appropriate security measures, including personnel deployment, access control, and emergency procedures.
Physical presence to bring support to local PS Managers for key or strategic or risky events can be required.
In case of lack of resources in some European Markets, the PS Coordinator can be called for, temporary, support and take the lead of PS daily operation in those markets.
Compliance & Audit
To guaranty the Group & European compliance aspects, the PS coordinator will be in charge of:
assessing PS measures in place in the markets, by visiting sites (boutiques, offices, CS - Log platforms) - 1 site per market/year
auditing those sites based on operational & compliance questionnaires (I-Auditors)
each assessment must conduct to a report edition with a clear and comprehensible action plan
a follow -up meeting with the markets concerned will have to be managed to monitor progresses and compliance rate
Project management support
This responsibility entails providing support and managing physical security initiatives from inception to completion.
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of security solutions and measures defined within the scope of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes coordination with external vendors and internal teams.
Communication and Reporting: Ensure seamless communication between security teams and other project stakeholders. Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of project security aspects, challenges encountered, and proposed solutions.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
4-5 years’ experience
Technical skills (CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, etc..)
Working within a security control room.
Dealing with external vendors
IT skills (Microsoft Office especially PPT, etc.)
Organisation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work and perform in a constantly changing environments
