ABOUT THE ROLE

As a DevOps Services Engineering Intern at Richemont, you will contribute to the evolution of our Internal Developer Portal (IDP) by building components, service interfaces, and self-service workflows that enable internal teams to easily consume automated cloud and DevOps services.

This is a hands-on internship designed for enthusiastic learners who want to develop strong foundations in Cloud, DevOps, and automation, while contributing to meaningfull initiatives used by real client teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help streamline workflows, improve deployment practices, and enhance developer self-service capabilities using modern DevOps and cloud technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

During your internship, you will:

• Assist in building and improving CI/CD pipelines supporting portal and service delivery
• Write and maintain scripts or services to support automation and integrations
• Collaborate with development teams to automate workflows and deployment processes
• Contribute to the creation of packaged, reusable automated services exposed through the portal
• Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Gain exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Alicloud)
• Proactively identify gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas to enhance developer experience
• Document processes, tools, and best practices for internal use. 
• Apply DevOps best practices to ensure reliability, consistency, and transparency
• Collaborate with the Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps Platform, and Cloud Governance & Architecture teams to optimize configuration and enhance deployment efficiency, governance & security
• Stay up to date with emerging Cloud and DevOps technologies 

WHO YOU ARE

You are a student or junior engineer who:

• Is currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Has hands-on experience with scripting languages
• Has a strong interest in DevOps, cloud platforms, automation, or platform engineering
• Is comfortable working with APIs and modern web development concepts
• Has basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, or DevOps practices
• Has introductory exposure to containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and / or cloud concepts
• Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn beyond frontend development
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working in cross-functional teams
