YOUR MISSION: Carry out import / export operations in alignment with the legislation and the objectives of the service, specificities of the Maisons and / or Markets, but also logistical, security and legal constraints. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Execute import and export operations in strict compliance with relevant legislation, service objectives, and the specific requirements of Maisons and Markets, while considering logistical, security, and legal constraints. - Perform operational tasks by adhering to established processes, adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards. - Organize and manage work schedules efficiently, coordinating with support services and delegating short-term tasks as necessary. - Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, including tasks such as purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses. - Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive files containing correspondence and records for senior colleagues. - Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents by following detailed instructions, utilizing the full range of functions within standard office software. - Develop and maintain advanced process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. - Extract and input relevant data from information provided by others into spreadsheets or standard formats. - Acquire and apply a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to the role, ensuring adherence to mandatory procedures to meet required standards. - Conduct quality sampling and inspection of products or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. - General EducationCompletion of Upper Secondary School. - General ExperienceDemonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems. - Managerial ExperienceNot required. - Required SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
