CRC Operations & Analytics Intern

Role
The Richemont Client Relations Centre (CRC) function supports multiple CRC teams across Southeast Asia, Australia, and Thailand. The team is responsible for performance reporting, digital tools documentation & development, capability building, and advisory support across Maison CRC operations - working at the intersection of data, technology, and client experience.
This internship is a hands-on role supporting regional CRC operations during an active period of growth. The intern will contribute to live deliverables across four workstreams: analytics and reporting, systems and digital tools, capability development, and operational standards. The intern will work directly with the regional CRC lead and produce outputs that feed into real stakeholder processes.
The role suits someone who is comfortable with data and digital tools, can produce polished professional content, and is looking for meaningful exposure to regional operations in a luxury retail context.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Support regular CRC performance reporting pipeline across Maison and regional levels.
Assist in standardizing metrics definitions and reporting templates across markets.
Conduct ad hoc data analysis and produce summary outputs.
Digital Tools & Systems
Support testing, documentation, and rollout of digital tools.
Assist with SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflow monitoring, and user-facing tool guides.
Capability Development
Assist in building and formatting training content, onboarding guides, and digital tool showcases.
Support the facilitation logistics for training sessions and capability workshops.
Operations & Standards
Maintain regional CRC program documentation.
Assist in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and meeting materials.
Support the collation of CRC best practices for sharing across Maison teams.
What We Are Looking For
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data structuring) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong written communication in English - able to draft clear, professional content without heavy editing.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track progress independently.
Comfortable working with data and digital tools; not required to code but must be willing to learn.
Preferred
Exposure to business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, or equivalent) or data visualization.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) or a demonstrated interest in no-code/low-code workflows.
Prior internship or project experience in operations, analytics, or CRM functions.
Interest in analytics, luxury retail and/or regional business operations.
