SDP PM Assistant (Direct contract)

SDP PM Assistant (Direct contract 직계약직)

YOUR MISSION:
Assist the SDP (Store Design Planning) team in their daily activities. Perform some day-to-day administration and communication of Store Design related tasks.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Oder& Procurement Process Support

  • To prepare payment process including vendor registration, collecting required documents, PO submission.

  • Following order placement, tracking, delivery chasing.

Communication Material Preparation Support

  • To support sample and material validation process.

  • To support visual material and documentation as required for HQ submission.

BOH Project Support

  • To support making BOH layout plan and revision.

  • To support reflecting BOH requirement in design documentation.

  • To support BOH APS work with execution architects.

Temporary boutique Project Support

  • To support existing boutique closing arrangement.

  • To support temp. boutique project management including draft layout and inventory arrangement.

  • To prepare destruction report as required.

Internal Departments coordination

  • To support communication with market operation, security, IT, VM, BTQ and external parties for process control and collaboration till the completion and afterward.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
 

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Architecture or Interior design with a min 3 years’ experience in global retail design or luxury design

  • Strong organizational, Efficient communication, and presentation skills

  • Organized time management and coordination skills

  • Relevant work experience in general contractor or architecture agency desirable

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Series, Acrobat, SAP, and MS Office

  • Proficient in Korean and English
